GWAEA and The Alvo Institute released a white paper today highlighting successes in a large-scale, multi district implementation of blended learning in Eastern Iowa financed solely with state funds. With the success of year 1, GWAEA and Alvo have signed an agreement to collaborate for a second year in the 2015-16 school year.
